Earlier, the country’s information, environment, finance and law ministers resigned one by one, expressing distrust of the prime minister. Several MPOs stood aside. Lebanon has been protesting for the past five days, accusing the government of negligence and corruption in the Beirut bombings.
Protesters surrounded and vandalized various ministries. Hundreds of people were injured in clashes with the police. Meanwhile, 9 tons of food and two tons of medical supplies have reached Lebanon from Bangladesh with emergency humanitarian aid.
