Millions of Australians are due to be lashed by rain and storms, with the wet conditions expected to continue through the week.
Rainfalls of 50mm to 100mm could be recorded across the Murray-Darling Basin in South Australia, according to reports by Weatherzone.
A rainband is due to cross the region on Monday and Tuesday, while another is anticipated later in the week between Wednesday and Friday.

NSW, Victoria and southwest Queensland are also expected to be affected by the drizzly conditions.
Sky News Weather meteorologist Tamsin Green previously said the wild weather could bring potential thunderstorms over this weekend.
“We’ll be seeing a drop in temperature in the wake of that cold front and also showers and potential thunderstorms,” she said.
While the west will battle the most severe weather, it is also likely the east coast will face fog and rain over the weekend.
Bureau of Meteorology meteorologist Sarah Scully warned of thunderstorms in Western Australia.

“It will continue to bring areas of morning fog and direct this moist onshore flow to the east coast, bringing scattered showers,” she said.
“Further inland, this trough will bring some instability with showers there.”
