The Russian Ministry of Health has given final approval to the world’s first vaccine approved for coronavirus.
On Tuesday 11th August, President Vladimir Putin confirmed the discovery of the vaccine, saying that the vaccine, developed at the Gamalia Institute in Moscow, had received a green signal from the Russian Ministry of Health on Tuesday.
Putin hopes that mass production of the Covid-19 vaccine will begin marketing soon.
He says his daughter has already been vaccinated by Russian scientists. Her daughter’s body temperature rose slightly after she was vaccinated. But it quickly subsided.
