Fresh Leadership Promises Unity, Energy, and Renewed Spirit Among the Bangladeshi Diaspora

Under the supervision of the Bangladesh Nationalist Volunteer Party (Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Swechhasebak Dal) Australia Chapter, the new convening committee of the Victoria State Branch has been officially announced. Party leaders expressed confidence that the new committee will bring renewed dynamism, unity, and coordination to the BNP family and its activities in Australia.

In the newly formed committee, Md. Rahmat Ul Islam has been appointed as the Convener, and Abdul Rob has been appointed as the Member Secretary. Alongside them, 25 other prominent expatriate activists and young leaders have been included as committee members.

The announcement was made in the presence of Md. Moshior Rahman Tuhin, Convener of Bangladesh Nationalist Volunteer Party, Australia; Jahidur Rahman  Member Secretary; and several senior leaders from various state branches.

In their remarks, they stated: “The Volunteer Party has always stood for democracy, human rights, and justice. Even from abroad, we remain committed to supporting the democratic movement in Bangladesh.”

Leaders urged the new committee members to work with transparency, dedication, and unity while upholding the values and ideology of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Swechhasebak Dal). They further expressed hope that the new leadership will strengthen the BNP family across Australia and foster greater participation of the Bangladeshi youth diaspora in social and democratic causes.

The Bangladesh Nationalist Volunteer Party, Australia Chapter stated that the committee was formed in line with the organization’s constitution and central guidance. It is expected that this leadership will inspire expatriate Bangladeshis — especially the young generation — to embrace patriotism, cultural pride, and democratic ideals.
